Our commitment
Yaplay is an adults-only social platform. The safety of children is a responsibility we take with the utmost seriousness. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Content, conduct, or accounts that sexualize, endanger, or exploit minors are strictly prohibited and are removed, and the responsible accounts are permanently banned.
These standards apply to everything on Yaplay — posts, stories, comments, profiles, direct messages, live video, and any other user-generated content.
Adults-only service (18+)
Yaplay is intended only for people aged 18 and over. Accounts are not permitted for anyone under 18. If we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, we remove it.
What is prohibited
The following are strictly forbidden on Yaplay:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, audio, text, links, or generated/edited content.
- Sexualization of minors, including grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any sexual contact with or sexual content involving a minor.
- Endangering a child, trafficking, or any attempt to facilitate harm to a minor.
- Sharing, requesting, or directing users to CSAE/CSAM material on or off the platform.
How to report child safety concerns
If you encounter content or behavior that may endanger or exploit a child, please report it immediately. You can:
- In the app: open the content or profile, tap the menu (•••), choose Report, and pick the most relevant reason (such as “Nudity or sexual content”) — or choose “Other” to describe the concern. Reports are confidential.
- By email: contact our child safety team at support@funxt.com.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services first.
How we respond
When we identify or receive a report of CSAE/CSAM, we:
- Remove the content and preserve relevant evidence as required by law.
- Permanently ban the account(s) involved.
- Report apparent CSAM to the appropriate authorities — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant authority in our jurisdiction — as required by applicable law.
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
Legal compliance
Yaplay complies with applicable child safety laws and reporting obligations in the jurisdictions where it operates, including obligations to report apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities. We regularly review these standards to align with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.
Point of contact
Our designated point of contact for child safety matters, including for Google and other platforms or authorities, is support@funxt.com.
