Community Guidelines

By using Yaplay you agree to follow these guidelines. Content and accounts that break them may be removed, restricted, or suspended. These rules apply everywhere in the app — posts, comments, stories, live video, direct messages, profiles, and mini-games.

Be respectful

• Treat others with respect. No harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech.
• No content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
• Don't impersonate other people, brands, or Yaplay staff.

Keep it safe

• No sexually explicit content, nudity, or sexual content involving minors of any kind.
• No content that promotes self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous acts.
• No graphic violence or content that glorifies harm.
• No promotion of illegal activity, including the sale of drugs, weapons, or regulated goods.

Play fair

• Don't cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools in mini-games.
• Don't try to game the Points system through fake accounts or fraudulent referrals. Points are for fun and have no monetary value.
• No spam, scams, phishing, or misleading links.

Respect privacy & ownership

• Don't share other people's private or personal information without consent.
• Only post content you have the right to share. Respect copyright and trademarks.
• Don't record or stream people who haven't agreed to it where consent is required.

Live video & messaging

The same rules apply to live streams and direct messages. Live content is held to these standards in real time, and repeated or serious violations can result in losing access to livestreaming or messaging features.

Reporting & enforcement

If you see something that breaks these guidelines, report it in the app (on the post, profile, message, or stream) or email support@funxt.com. We review reports and may remove content, issue warnings, or suspend or terminate accounts. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.

A note on Points

Yaplay is a social app, not a gambling service. Points are an entertainment-only loyalty reward with no real-world monetary value — they can't be bought with or exchanged for money.
