Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Yaplay (the "App"), operated by Fun Extreme Technology L.L.C, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. What Yaplay is

Yaplay is a social platform for connecting with others through a feed, posts, direct messaging, stories, live video, and casual mini-games. It includes an in-app loyalty rewards feature described in Section 5.

4. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.

5. Points (in-app loyalty rewards)

The App includes a loyalty feature where you earn Points for activities such as completing your profile, playing mini-games, and inviting friends. Points:

• have no real-world monetary value and are not money, currency, or a financial instrument;
• cannot be purchased for, redeemed for, exchanged for, or converted into cash or anything of monetary value;
• are non-transferable and have no value outside the App.

The App is not a gambling service and offers no real-money play and no opportunity to win real money or prizes. The App does not offer in-app purchases, and Points cannot be bought. We may adjust, expire, or modify Points and the loyalty feature at any time.

6. User content

You retain ownership of the content you post (text, photos, videos, stories, live streams, and messages). By posting, you grant Fun Extreme Technology L.L.C a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and providing the App. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the rights to share it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. Among other things, you must not:

• post unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringing content;
• harass, bully, impersonate, or threaten other users;
• spam, scam, or distribute malware;
• cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software in games;
• attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.

8. Content moderation

We may review, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines. You can report content or users in the App or by contacting support.

9. Intellectual property

The App and its content (excluding user content) are owned by Fun Extreme Technology L.L.C or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fun Extreme Technology L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
